Doetsch Enterprises Terms & Conditions LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY_ Doetsch Enterprises (DT) warrants to Distributor and/or the original purchaser who owns the vehicle on which the product was originally installed and must provide (DT) with a copy of Original receipt of purchase this is mandatory upon return. Distributor/Customer is responsible for the removal and freight costs to Doetsch for warranty inspect, unless product was shipped to customer incorrectly. Limited Product Liability is against manufactures defects “Only“. DT does not warrant the product for finish, alterations, modifications and/or installation contrary to DT instructions. DT Suspension Products are not designed nor intended to be installed on vehicles used in race applications or for racing purposes or for similar activities. Distributor/Customer is responsible for care and maintenance of chrome rods. Our Warranty does not cover shocks or suspension used in racing applications. The following shocks do not come with a Limited Lifetime Warranty (MV-12, 0XXX, DT7XX or DT9XX Series or Any Custom Chrome Shocks). Doetsch Enterprises (DT) Suspension Components must be installed as a complete system as shown in our current catalog. Any substitutions or exemptions of required components will immediately void warranty. Some exterior damage may occur during shipping and is not covered under warranty. Doetsch Enterprises is not responsible for damages or warranty of other vehicle parts related to the installed DT product. DT is not responsible for damages to the vehicle or tires. Suggested Tire and Wheel chart is only a guideline for street driving with noted fender trim. Doetsch Enterprises (DT) Suspension products that increase the vehicle’s ride height may greatly increase the risk of vehicle roll over. Vehicles should be operated in a safe manner at all times as not to cause a roll over or an accident resulting in death or injury. GENERAL POLICY_ The following Terms and Conditions supercede all previous terms whether implied, expressed orally, and/or in writing. These terms are subject to change and modification as deemed necessary by Doetsch Enterprises. DT reserves the right to qualify any account seeking to purchase products, and requires a copy of their business license, state resale tax number, completed credit application and personal guarantee. DT reserves the right to terminate an account at any time. TERMS_ Terms are determined by credit status deemed by DT. All other orders are shipped COD. Custom Shock orders are to be pre-paid prior to assembly. Payments to be made via Company Check OK “upon approval” PAYPAL with 3% fee, Cashiers Check or Money Order. FREIGHT_ Freight policy is as follows: Orders of $3,000.00 or more are shipped freight prepaid in the continental US. UPS SERVICE FEES_ The Distributor/Customer must supply DT with correct address information. If an Address Correction is charged to DT this fee will be billed to customer under separate invoice. If order is shipped Via Freight Collect or Third Party the Distributor is fully responsible for charges and or claims. If packages are refused or returned, Customer is responsible for freight and a 20% Re-stocking Fee will apply. DROP SHIPS_ There will be a service charge of $5.00 per Drop ship applied to order. Only customers with an open account can request this service. RETURNS_ Returns received without an RA# will be refused. You must obtain an RA# from Doetsch Enterprises. To receive an RA# you must supply in writing a complete list of goods to be returned at that time DT will supply customer with RA#. All order will be subject to a 20% Re-stocking fee. SHORTAGES_ All shipping discrepancies must be reported in writing within 72 hours of receipt. NOTE: The above supercedes all previous written agreements and/or policies. |
